Die Ausgabe erschien ursprünglich in broschierten Lieferungen mit einer Umschlagillustration, die bei gebundenen Exemplaren nur selten erhalten ist, in unserem Fall jedoch jeweils auf den vorderen Innendeckel montiert wurde. Die Tafeln wurden nach der Auflistung bei Brivois kollationiert und sind vollständig vorhanden. Es fehlt lediglich der nur einem geringen Teil der Auflage beigegebene achtteilige Plan von Paris.
