The Brunner novel had previously been published in Science Fantasy in 1959. Ace Double D-385. Cover art by Schulz (Brunner) and Emsh (Nourse). Edge rubbing to the spine with chipping at the top and bottom and a reading crease. Small crease to the top right corner of the Nourse novel but otherwise only light surface and edge wear to the covers. Browning to the page edges and the text-block is a little uneven - the binding is secure however. Two book store stamps to the first pages of both novels and the pages are browned but otherwise unmarked. First printing. Postage charge will be reduced by £1.50 when the order is processed.

Beautiful Unread First Printing of "Echo in the Skull" and the First Paperback Printing of the Nourse title. No month, 1959. $.35 cover price. Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no wear or toning. Faint crease on the lower tip of Limbo but quite minor. Fresh and bright with no chipping, or tears. Very well-preserved. A very pretty collectible copy and though not uncommon, very tough to find in such high-grade condition.
