Softcover. Condition: Near Fine. No Dust Jacket. First Edition. âMy holiday with the Findhorn Community in the North of Scotland had opened my eyes to the possibility of living a spiritually awakened life with others of a like mind. By comparison the dull repetition of grey suit, grey office, dishonest selling techniques and boring âOld boyâ conversation was just unbearable. A smouldering ember of spirit within had burst into a flame that was impossible to deny. I was going to join the Community, and that was that.â When the Age of Aquarius was ushered in as a "New Age" the Findhorn Community was also new and everyone who was there has his or her own story. The author lived there for fifteen years â¢â¢ and this book is a very personal record of the ups and downs of an ordinary life in an extraordinary environment. Now thirty years old it is left to those who are still called by the Spirit to discover if Findhorn is a fruitless act of foolishness or a fantastic act of faith .
