When the Nazis dropped bombs and leaflets over Norway in April of 1940, the State Church - Evangelical Lutheran - which represented 90 % of the population; that is what the church began to work out. It began a political position of non-cooperation, boycott and dissension. These 152 pages of TEXT and 28 of appendices describe that situation. UNillustrated.
