Published by George Harrap and Co in 1952, this is the first hardback printing of Godwin and the Age of Transition (Life, Literature & Thought Library Series) edited by A.E.Rodway. Blue cloth binding, gilt lettering, 231 pages, the book is in very good condition with some very minor end paper spotting. The dust jacket is fair with moderate spine rubbing, and some general edge chipping and creasing culminating in a loss of 10mm at the base of the spine.
