Laid-in are two pieces of ephemera: an Eckel Christmas ca…rd, and the order blank for Eckel's proposed Supplement to this book [which, apparently, was never issued]. Maroon buckram with gilt spine lettering. TEG. Buff dust jacket. Slipcase 1st edition thus, a Revised (& best) edition. Limited to 750 copies, this copy noted as "Presentation".
