Comb Bound. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. 10 in. wide. Unpaginated; 1/4 in. thick. Color illustrations in full color, red and gray, and green and gray; the artist is not named. 4 illustrations can be animated with a sliding tab, by J. Wehr. All are in working order. One may not have the full range of motion for which it was designed. Two of the tabs are softened. One of the animated illustrations has a 1 in. slash that may have had a sliding part, but nothing appears to be missing. Four of the boards' corners and three places on the top edge of the front board are missing paper; other corners are a little rubbed. A 1/4 in. rubbed spot is on the spine. Ring holes that are torn through are the top and bottom ring holes of the first two pages, the bottom holes of three pages, and the bottom 2 holes of an animated page. It has a tiny chip at the bottom-right corner of the first page. The four animations are working mechanicals in wonderful bright bursts of colors; although the fourth mechanical is working, but slightly difficult to engage. Other illustrations in the book are in blue and black. The scarce Very Good- condition dust jacket, which matches the book cover, has chips at top and bottom of spine and on the front and back cover.
