Diane Wilcox

Diane Wilcox is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Development at James Madison University where she teaches educational technology and instructional design. She has been working in educational software design since the late 1980s when she developed computer graphics for Where in Europe is Carmen Sandiego? and other Broderbund products.

In the late 1990s, she co-designed Mindforge Fractions with her husband Tom Wilcox, a former Broderbund software designer. Fractions earned a Dr. Toy award in 1998 as one of the top 100 children's products.

Diane is passionate about educating the public on Lyme Disease. She is currently researching the effect of chronic Lyme Disease on workplace performance, and recently presented the results of her research at the annual meeting of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society.
