About the Author: Abbas Jamalipour, University of Sydney, Australia is an assistant professor for the Department of Information Electronics at Nagoya University's Graduate School of Engineering in Japan. He conducted the design of the digital exchanger and its digital trunk for Iran's telephony system and his name is among those selected for the 15th edition of the Marquis Who's Who in the World.
