Poetical Works (Volume 2 only)

COVID-19 UPDATE (2): as Post Offices have returned to normal hours we can once again offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day as our domestic Expedited Shipping option. For standard domestic postage we use Royal Mail First Class. Heavier packages may be sent by a tracked 48 hour service, and we are sometimes using this for other orders if the post seems to be going through a bad patch. There continue to be delivery delays both within the UK and to countries outside. Please bear this in mind when ordering; if you are in a hurry for your order PLEASE LET US KNOW so that we can discuss options. All overseas orders are now sent tracked, to reduce the risk of their disappearing altogether, and postage rates have been increased to cover this.

Duck Cottage Books is owned and run by Christina Davies (VAT registration number GB 169759050), and is based at Duck Cottage, Starston Lane, Needham, Harleston IP20 9ND, UK. We can be contacted by email (sales@duckcottagebooks.co.uk) or telephone (01379 407707). If you are not entirely happy with your book, return it within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund. If you are returning it because it was incorrectly listed or faulty in some other way then we will refund the return postage. We are happy to fulfill orders directly on behalf of other booksellers but please be aware that we do our best to make the nature of any sale clear to the end customer. Our usual practice when fulfilling third-party orders is to include contact information both for you (our immediate customer) and ourselves.

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
