Item description from seller

Bunyan's celebrated 1678 Christian allegory brought to new life with a Memoir & Notes by George Offor, illustrated with 110 designs by J. D. Watson as rendered in the 19th-century wood engravings of the Brothers Dalziel of London. No date in book, but c. early 1900s. Small book (12mo) has publisher's red cloth over boards stamped in brown, black, & gray with a religious design on front, white & black lettering to front & spine (title nearly completely worn away on latter, rubbed in spots on front cover). Condition is VG: very clean, binding straight & strong, but front hinge starting. Pages show heavy tanning & some brittleness; no foxing. Former owner's library sticker inside front cover, else, completely unmarked. Pushing to both ends of spine with 1/4" tear descending from top; bumped corners, rubbing to extremities. Both front & back boards show slight warping. No DJ, as issued. Our photos depict the Exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have. Same day shipping on all orders received Weekdays by 2 pm (Pacific time); later orders, Weekends, & holidays ship very next business day. …
