Print on Demand. This book is a fascinating exploration of a new geometrical vector algebra. Vector algebra uses directed line segments called vectors to define mathematical operations. It can be used to describe phenomena ranging from geometry to the behavior of subatomic particles. The book introduces a new twist: every vector here is a physical stepper as well as a mathematical operator, and every vector expression corresponds to a physical configuration. The author, a mathematician, presents their new algebra alongside the history of science, to anchor the work in the broader context of our understanding of geometry and algebra over time. The result is not only a new view of vector algebra, but also a new lens through which to view phenomena across the physical sciences. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.…
