Narrow folio (32.5 x 18 cm). Leporello folded catalogue with eight leaves containing 90 samples of decorative braids and ribbons for textiles, clothing, and upholstery. Most of them are made of metallic threads, gold and silver. The samples are mounted with handwritten labels and small neat notes. Three samples with small loss each. Original cloth covered boards, ruled and decorated in gilt, worn, small holes to spine. Advertisement label on front paste down: Giuseppe Martini, Via Speronari 4, Milano. Printed with various medals from different years. Represented in Paris by M. Antoine Bordoni at Rue du Grand-Chantier 5. With light wear, partly somewhat dusty but overall a well-preserved catalogue.
