Finally, the B2B marketing apprenticeship you’ve been seeking.
In the fast-paced, sophisticated, and complex world of business-to-business (B2B), many marketers inadvertently diminish their worth by mistaking tactical activity for value and by settling for a limited definition of their profession. Whether you work for a manufacturer, software company, wholesaler, supplier, or services provider, it’s time to learn the foundational keys to building a career defined by impact and influence. It’s time to discover the full scope of the marketing profession and focus on what’s significant to increase your value and the value of your work.
For over two decades, Jody Costa Snyder has been conducting her marketing career and learning the necessary lessons along the way. Now, she’s ready to share her symphony. In Marketing Maestro, you’ll learn all the mindsets, approaches, and insights needed to build and sustain a successful B2B marketing career, without all of the jargon. Using classical music as her framework, Costa Snyder defines six zones in which all marketers can place themselves and chart their career development:
- The Aficionado
- The Composer
- The Orchestrator
- The Promoter
- The Conductor
- The Audience
Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve found yourself in a higher-level role you don’t feel prepared for, this book is the reference guide you need to become a thriving marketing professional.
