There is a white stain on the front cover. The corners are bumped. The extremities are rubbed from shelf wear. The spine is pulling away from the top edge of the headband. The spine title is gilt, with decorative debossing. Also debossed on the front cover. The rest of the text block appears tightly attached to the spine. The interior pages are clean and unmarked. The deckled edges are age toned. Some of the pages are uncut and have tears into the text. Across from the title page is an illustrated plate, with tissue paper protection. The binding is firm.
