Albert Pla (Sabadell, 1966) es uno de los cantautores más conocidos de la escena nacional. Singular e irrepetible, a los veintidós años ganó el premio al Mejor Intérprete y Canción de la IV Muestra de Canción de Autor de Jaén, que le permitió publicar su primer disco Ho sento molt (1989). A este le siguieron otros álbumes como No solo de rumba vive el hombre (1992), Supone Fonollosa (1995), Veintegenarios en Alburquerque (1997), Canciones de amor y droga (2003) o La diferencia (2008). En su faceta de actor, ha sido protagonista de la obra teatral de Helmut Krausser Caracuero, y también ha colaborado en películas como Airbag, de Juanma Bajo Ulloa, Honor de cavalleria, de Albert Serra, A los que aman, de Isabel Coixet, y Murieron por encima de sus posibilidades, de Isaki Lacuesta. Su último espectáculo, Guerra, junto a Fermín Muguruza, se estrenó en verano de 2015 con gran éxito de público.
