For the past several years Christine has worked with busy leaders giving them practical tools for the obstacles, conflicts, tensions that come up every day. Self-awareness is a foundation skill in need of intentional cultivation. Each book in the Driving series provides topic-specific tools, exercises, and information to continue your growth and development. It has been said, 'that which is shareable is bearable. In Driving Your Self-Reflection, Christine shares how conversations in coaching create the possibility of learning how to be graceful with our vulnerability while moving creatively through life.
In conversational prose, Christine helps you:
Reflection questions at the end of each chapter to help you identify qualities important to you in a coach and to help you pinpoint potential issues for discussion. Start your introspection process prior to working with a coach. Choose someone who comes prepared to help you with the challenge of interweaving results with relationships. Christine Haskell is grounded in management experience, behavioral science, and organizational psychology.
"Deeply scrutinizing some of the smallest interactions with Christine led to profound insights for me about what I bring to an interaction." -Director, Instagram
"I tried some of Christine's suggestions with my wife first, to practice, and she immediately saw a change in how I engaged with her. I tried it with someone I was experiencing conflict with at work and it really helped." -Senior Director, Facebook
"There is a lot of value in slowing a moment down to observe what is actually happening. My sessions with Christine always yield insight and an actionable path forward. I appreciate the rigor she brings to our conversations; it adds depth to my experience." -Senior Director, Microsoft
