Mehmet E. Erdil is a Professor of Orthopaedics and Traumatology based in Istanbul and the founder of Orthomax Clinic. He previously held faculty positions at Acıbadem University, Istanbul Medipol University, and Bezmialem Vakıf University. He earned his M.D. and completed residency at Istanbul University, followed by a research fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh in sports medicine. His clinical focus includes knee surgery, cartilage repair, meniscus pathology, sports injuries, and arthroplasty. He has authored numerous scientific publications, contributed to orthopaedic textbooks, and serves on editorial boards and scientific committees.
Mehmet Emin Şimşek is a Professor of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Lokman Hekim University in Ankara. He completed medical school at Erciyes University and residency at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. His main fields include knee surgery, cartilage restoration, meniscal pathology, sports injuries, and arthroplasty. He has published widely in international journals, contributed book chapters, and participates in the editorial process of an international textbook. Dr. Şimşek serves on scientific committees of national orthopaedic societies, lectures at national and international meetings, and is active in cadaveric surgical training.
Taha Kızılkurt is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from Marmara University and completed residency at Istanbul University, later earning national board certification from TOTEK. His clinical and academic interests include sports traumatology, knee, shoulder, and hip surgery, arthroscopy, hip preservation, fracture management, and joint reconstruction. He has authored numerous international publications and textbook chapters and serves as an editor, editorial board member, and reviewer for orthopaedic journals. He frequently presents at scientific meetings and contributes to resident training.
M. Uğur Mermerkaya is a Professor of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Lokman Hekim University Ankara Hospital. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and completed residency at the same institution. He pursued advanced training in sports traumatology and arthroscopic surgery in Munich and Zurich. His clinical focus includes trauma surgery, sports injuries, arthroscopic procedures, and primary and revision arthroplasty. Prof. Mermerkaya has published extensively, authored book chapters, and served as speaker and instructor at national and international courses. He previously served on the board of TUSYAD and is a member of multiple orthopaedic societies.
Mustafa Akkaya is a Professor of Orthopaedics and Traumatology with a PhD in Musculoskeletal and Regenerative Medicine. He completed his medical training, residency, and doctoral studies at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. His clinical expertise includes knee and hip arthroplasty, complex revision surgery, infections, sports traumatology, and regenerative orthopaedics. He has published extensively in high impact journals and contributed chapters to leading textbooks. Prof. Akkaya has participated in EU funded projects, holds a patented surgical instrument, and completed fellowships at renowned centers including Helios ENDO Klinik, ATOS Clinic, and Rizzoli Institute. He serves on editorial boards and contributes to academic and professional societies.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Majestic Books, Hounslow, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
