"I remember kneeling in the snow...I felt an overwhelming sense of peace, love and security...later I learned it had been the Holy Spirit filling me up and giving me strength for what I knew I had to do next." Courageous Women of the Prairie, Joey's Story "If you have a broken heart you can count on His presence to bind up your wounds and begin the healing process." Courageous Women of the Prairie, Jenn's Story Courageous Women of the Prairie is a compilation of real life stories told by fourteen women who are survivors of child sexual abuse. The non-profit group, Hope In God, led by founder Jo Vitek, is the powerhouse of creative energy behind this book. Learn a bit about how Hope In God serves as a resource for survivors, law enforcement, churches, schools, and businesses to provide outreach awareness, one-to-one mentoring, faith sharing groups and diversity initiatives.
