nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - This is a handbook written for men and women who are either interested in going into a career or have just begun one in code enforcement. It begins by giving a historical background on code enforcement in cities, how it has changed over the years, and where it seems to be headed in the future. The rest of the book is devoted to giving general information and simple and straightforward advice or suggestions to the aspiring enforcement officer on how to handle difficult people and situations, manage code cases and politics, learn how to listen to their intuition, and realize how each person in this type of organization has special talents that can be used in achieving a successful code enforcement program in their city or county.
