About the Author: Régis Marcon est chef triplement étoilé du Clos des Cimes, à Saint-Bonnet-Le-Froid (Haute-Loire) depuis 2005. En 1979, il reprend l'hôtel-restaurant familial et y perpétue les traditions d'accueil que sa mère avait instaurées. Il reçoit sa première étoile en 1990, sa deuxième étoile en 1997. Travailleur acharné et doué d'un talent incomparable, Régis Marcon fait vivre le village Saint-Bonnet-Le-Froid en créant une boulangerie, un musée, un bistrot... En 2008, il ouvre son nouveau restaurant gastronomique avec une vue incomparable. Son fils assure déjà la relève.
