Synopsis

Abandoned in a bucket…to new adventures in Greece

The delightfully comic account of a British couple and their imported cats starting over in a new country continues in Bucket to Greece Volume 11. Victor and Marigold, enjoying a romantic weekend away in atmospheric Monemvasia, discover they aren’t the only couple from Meli on the rock. With his mother’s eightieth looming, Victor meddles in her past to dig up a surprise guest for her birthday bash. In his efforts to woo Violet Burke, Panos fine hones his wooden chat up lines on anyone English and a relationship hiccup brings Benjamin to Greece to ponder if there is a future with Adam.

Stuck in a hospital bed, Milton offends Cynthia with his request for a bed bath and prevails upon Victor to stand in for him as Scarlett Bottom for a public reading of ‘Delicious Desire’. Strutting round in cast-off cycling Lycra, Guzim makes a home intrusion to round up Victor’s chickens. If you’re a fan of Greek travel and culture then the Bucket to Greece series is a must, with a bucketful of laughs along the way.
