Erum Shaikh has a PhD from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. She is an assistant professor and head of the Department of Business Administration at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sanghar Campus. Her research interests are Corporate Social Responsibility, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Management and Entrepreneurial Finance. She has authored over 40 publications (research papers, conference papers and book chapters) in top-notch research journals. She has edited seven books and is the editor of five research journals. She has wide experience in teaching and administration and has served more than ten years in academics. She has organized and participated in several research conferences and workshops as a keynote speaker, session Chair and guest speaker. She is a good teacher, researcher, speaker and trainer.
Dr. Abdul Samad Dahri holds PhD degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) awarded in 2019 at Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia. He endeavours research in HRM prospects in different fields of life. His research profile includes many national and international research publications and conferences. Hands-on data screening and analysis through SPSS and Smart-PLS. He strongly believes in the ability to fulfill or to deliver as per the commitment. Dr. Abdul Samad have blended 4 years of academia and 6 years of industry experience. He has unique mix of teaching and supervising experience for research projects, research reports, and thesis of students from graduate to postgraduate level. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Director ORIC, member of academic accreditation team, and academic advisor to the variety of management sciences programs at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Pakistan.
