About the Authors

Dr. Shuja Iqbal has a Ph.D. from Jiangsu University, China, in Management Science and Engineering. Currently, serving as a postdoctoral researcher at Jiangsu University, China, focused on projects related to the innovation performance of SMEs, specifically researching digital transformation innovative and green human resources practices and related areas. Dr. Iqbal has experience in teaching and research in Human Resource Management, Organization Performance, Leadership, and innovation performance. He has more than 30 peer-reviewed publications in well-reputed journals. Additionally, he is serving as associate editor in two esteemed journals, including RAE-Revista de Administração de Empresas. Dr. Iqbal has also been reviewing scientific research papers for several high-quality journals. Dr. Shuja Iqbal’s extensive academic and professional expertise, combined with his significant contributions to research and scholarly publishing, positions him as a leading figure in advancing knowledge and practices in Human Resource Management and organizational innovation, making impactful strides in the field.

Dr. Komal Khalid , an esteemed academic and researcher specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM). She is an Associate Professor at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, contributing significantly to HR education and research. Andi Cudai Nur has been a lecturer in Education Administration at the Faculty of Education, Makassar State University. Since 2013 She has been a home base lecturer for the Public Administration Study Program at the Postgraduate Master & Doctoral Program, a lecturer in State Administration Science at Department Administration Science FISH UNM until now. She is also the author of textbooks, modules, articles, papers, proceedings, Sinta & Scopus Indexed Journal. Active as a consultant, trainer, presenter, attending seminars, conferences, conducting research, and community service.
