Dr Shalini Lal is an organizational consultant working in the field of culture and capability. With an MBA from IIM-A and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from UCLA, her speciality lies in assisting clients in building the internal organization for their business strategy. In a career spanning over 25 years Shalini has worked in senior HR roles, such as Director HR with Deutsche Bank, Chief HR Officer at Escorts Agri-machinery, Chief (Organizational Development) at Airtel. She is also an independent board director and frequently invited columnist, guest speaker and jury member for HR forums. She lives in New Delhi with her two children, husband, three dogs and cat. Dr Pradnya Parasher is the founder and CEO of ThreeFish Consulting with more than 20 years of experience in strategic HR, talent management, executive assessment and coaching. Pradnya has a PhD in industrial organizational psychology from the University of South Florida and is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). She was instrumental in bringing Hogan Assessments to India and has facilitated leadership development programme across the US, Asia and Europe. Pradnya has lived and worked in the United States and India.
