The book explores all associated disciplines of deep-submicron CMOS ICs, including physics, design, technology and packaging, low-power design and signal integrity.

About the Author

Harry Veendrick joined Philips Research Labs in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, in 1977, where he designs complex VLSI chips. In addition, he has been actively involved for years in the training of engineers. His principal research interest is the development of complex digital CMOS VLSI circuits, with emphasis on deep-submicron and scaling aspects.
