Jednu z nich odkryva kniha historika Robert Letza: Biskup Stefan Barnas. Vyznamny filozof, teolog a spissky pomocny biskup Stefan Barnas (1900 Slovenska Ves - 1964 Pezinok), patril v 30. a 40. rokoch 20. storocia k slovenskej intelektualnej elite. Jeho zivot sa uplne zmenil v roku 1950, ked bol internovany a o rok neskor sa stal obetou vykonstruovaneho politickeho procesu. Bol odsudeny za vlastizradu na 15 rokov vazenia. Presiel mucenim a desatrocnym peklom vazeni. Po prepusteni v roku 1960 musel zit v izolacii a pod kontrolou. Utrapy vazenia ho vsak viac povzniesli k povodnym idealom krestanstva. Na jeho osobnost a svet jeho myslienok, vyzyvajucich k laske, hladaniu a hlbavemu mysleniu, ale aj varujucich pred falosnymi totalitnymi ideologiami, sa muselo zabudnut. Kniha vracia Stefana Barnasa na miesto, ktore mu v panteone osobnosti patri. Jej prvu cast tvori zivota S. Barnasa a druha priblizuje jeho myslenie.
