Synopsis
The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths :whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace. Isaiah 59: 8. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee. Isaiah 26:3. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Rom. 8: 6. The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace. Psa. 29: 11. To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace. Luke i: 79. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Johni4: 27. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace; the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree. Isaiah 55 :12-13. And the peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Phil. 4: 7.
