About the Author

Dr Dietmar Sternad is an award-winning management professor who teaches coaching skills for graduate students. He holds degrees from Austria, Slovenia and the UK, and is an alumnus of GLOCOLL (Harvard Business School) and IMTA (CEEMAN). Dietmar has extensive experience as CEO of media companies, as well as in executive education, coaching, and consulting. He has published numerous research articles, case studies, and textbooks (e.g. Effective Management: Developing Yourself, Others and Organization, published by Macmillan International Higher Education).
