Herbert Achternbusch: Ella.
The life story of a woman named Ella as the story of a captivity - in the family, in prison, in the psychiatric hospital. The story of the systematic destruction of a person by society.
Dario Fo: Accidental Death of an Anarchist
In Milan, in 1969, the anarchist Pino Pinelli was out of a window in the 4th Stick of the Milan Police Headquarters › plunged‹. The official version of the cause of death was suicide. An examination of actual processes only came into motion after the premiere of Fo's piece in 1970, a folk grotesque who used the collected contradictions of police defense declarations to articulate the general doubts about the suicide version.
Barrie Keeffe: Gimme shelter
A trilogy on the constraints of young people to adapt to conditions that are not theirs with which they cannot cope. Young administrative employees try in vain to escape the competition tensions and painful career prospects. - A student threatens to blow up the teacher, teacher and director because they stamped him through a lousy testimony to failure without career prospects. - Young managers try to use revolutionary chatter to encourage a young gardener to resist the system to which they have totally surrendered themselves.
Bodo Kirchhoff: The Child or the Destruction of New Zealand
The home as a closed institution. A retarded child who has only one way out: digging a hole in the garden, through the ground, all the way to New Zealand. A mother who systematically keeps her son away from everything. A father who believes in his son's talent and hires a therapist to make a construction site out of the escape hole to give meaning to the child's doing.
Heiner Müller: Germania Tod in Berlin
2000 years of German history. The tradition of division and humiliation, of opportunism and unconscious self-destruction. A grotesque revue of German misery, an attack on German values and mythologies, a desert panorama of German superhumans and subjects. Also a piece about the German labor movement and its defeats.
