About the Author:

Dr. Quentin Schultze taught communication and leadership for 40 years before retiring as an emeritus professor at Calvin College. He has written many books and articles and spoken to numerous business, educational, religious, and government groups. Along the way he co-launched businesses and nonprofit organizations.
