About the Author

Richard Cork is an award-winning art critic, historian, broadcaster and curator. Cork's many books include a groundbreaking study of Vorticism, awarded the John Llewellyn-Rhys prize in 1977, and Wild Thing: Epstein, Gaudier-Brzeska, Gill, published by the Royal Academy in 2009. Four acclaimed volumes of his critical writings on modern art were published in 2003.

Gareth Wardell is a writer and filmmaker. He is co-author of Barbara Rae (2008) and Barbara Rae Prints (2010)
