Synopsis
This is a descriptive guide to the most widely used tests of communication, plus some therapeutic programmes. It is derived from the reference library of tests established in 1978 at the National Hospital's College of Speech Sciences in London. There are some 150 entries in all, and each one gives name, date and author of the test, the age group for which it is intended, its purpose, a description of the materials it contains and how it is administered, plus details of the time it takes to carry out and how it may be obtained.
