Cover design by Bill Edinburgh. Hardcover has laminated illustrated boards in a DJ which has the same illustration as boards. Bottom of book and rear of DJ have been wet, but dried with no damage to legibility. Interior has typed inscription taped to pre-title page (adds no value) with no other markings. Binding is tight.
