Major artists are represented by a selection of photographs which are characteristic of their work. Gail Buckland has written "Fox Talbot and the Invention of Photography" and "The Golden Summer - Edwardian Photographs of Horace W.Nicholls". She is Adjunct Professor of the History of Photography at the Cooper Union, New York.
