About the Author
John Parkin is the son of Anglican preachers, and has studied and practised systems of Eastern wisdom for 20 years. He leads the world-famous 'Fuck It Retreats' in Italy and in the UK. He writes regularly on his popular website, www.thefuckitlife.com (where he also sells F**k It Chocolate!).
