About the Author

Sarah Silverton is a meditation teacher working for the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University in North Wales. A trained occupational therapist and counsellor, she has more than 30 years' experience of working with people with mental health issues and physical disabilities, including chronic illness.
