About the Author

Norma MacMillan was born in Indiana and brought up on the west coast of America. She started work in publishing as an editor on the Grande Diplome Cooking Course magazine and since then has edited countless books on food and wine, and has been a contributing editor on the Time-Life Healthy Home Cooking Series, and Anne WillanÆs Look & Cook series. Norma has written cookery books on a variety of different subjects, and has co-authored or collaborated on a number of projects, including Traditional American Cooking with Carole Clements. Norma is a member of The Guild of Food Writers, The Society of Authors, and The American Institute of Wine and Food.
