About the Author
Malcolm Creasey is a mountain guide and first-aid instructor. For many years he has been involved in the training and assessment of mountain leaders and instructors at all levels. He contributes regularly to numerous climbing magazines and is the author of Rock Climbing Essentials. Neil Gresham is one of Britain's top all-round climbers, and has written extensively on training and performance techniques.
