He is the author of the best-selling book, The 8 Habits of a Highly Effective Safety Culture, a groundbreaking publication that provides practical guidance on how organizations can establish a strong safety culture. His expertise and practical approach in risk management, safety culture, and leadership have made him a highly sought-after speaker at many safety conferences and events worldwide.After starting his career in the US military where he served as an Army Combat Medic from 1990-1998, Rod went on to become the Director of Safety for PowerGrid Services.
