Rob Maxwell has a Master's Degree in exercise physiology and a Bachelor's Degree in psychology. Rob has the CSCS Certification and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. Rob has owned Maxwell's Fitness Programs for 25 years. Maxwell's is a personal training company. Rob is a published author. Rob is a competitive body builder and has won multiple master division competitions. Rob has been an accomplished triathlete and runner.
