I find this the best book ever written about handling conflicts. It presents a carefully developed theoretical framework, the TRANSCEND method, and illustrates it with numerous concrete cases based on decades of experience, ranging from the personal to the global level. It helps us take a quantum jump in gaining skills to find creative solutions to conflicts at every level. (Dietrich Fischer, Director, European University Center for Peace Studies, Stadtschlaining, Austria)
