This Book and CD pack is a great way for children to find their way around the world. The Large-format, colourfully illustrated book is an excellent atlas in its own right with information clearly displayed and very accessible. However, combine this book with the CD and there is a whole new experience to be enjoyed. The disk contains 16 interactive maps, seven activities and a comprehensive Picture Index. On accessing the disk the reader collects their special Interfact Passport then, by following the directions, the reader is able to explore the interactive maps and use the Picture Index to discover a wealth of useful and fascinating information. There are also fun games that encourage exploration around the globe and make the learning experience more enjoyable and facts easier to learn. (Ages 7 to 11)
