First published in 1985, this new edition retains the original book’s interview format and includes significant updates and revisions based on new learnings and experiences with congregations going through pastoral transition.

About the Author
Bunty Ketcham, an independent consultant and trainer in organizational development, serves those who are considering or who are in the midst of major transitions. She presently serves in the Consultant Services Network of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington. Celia Allison Hahn is former editor-in-chief at the Alban Institute and is the author of Understanding Your Church's Hidden Spirit.
