It is comprehensive, well written, and very informative--a wonderful handbook and ready reference for building administrators facing the many predictable and unpredictable events, problems, and questions that arise daily in a school building setting. Once again, Sharp and Walter have created a must-read/user friendly/go-to book for principals. Their format of providing "The Principal's Casebook" offers real world scenarios that principals face.
