About the Author

Michael Gafa serves the Reformed Church in America as a Classis Leader in North Grand Rapids, and as a consultant for leadership development and strengthening churches in the Region of the Great Lakes. Faith-Based encapsulates much of what Michael has learned in ten years of helping to lead churches through a variety of planning processes, and fifteen years of helping to lead teams in the corporate sector. Michael is married to Pamela, and is a proud father of twin sons Spencer and Trevor.
