Synopsis

Conflict, abuse and death stalk the main character as she tries to find redemption. Her search for love brings her into relationships that threaten both to destroy her and redeem her. ""I so enjoyed your book--it is a page-turner. I happen to be a very fussy reader, and if I don't get drawn in quickly I will go on to the next book. But I had to stay up reading yours! It kept me enthralled from the first page!"" --Joanne Thomson ""The Sound of Rushing Water is an engaging read . . . it is rich in characterization and sense of place. It tells a tragic story of love lost, but beautifully found again."" --Bern Lewis ""A Sound of Rushing Water is one of the most delightful and beautifully written stories written about the lives of a family living in the New Jersey Shore Town of Brigantine. Being local to this particular beach, I found myself totally engrossed in the various lives of the characters and their extended family and friends. It kept me in suspense until the very end."" --Rosemarie Skroski A. C. Fisher was born in the Netherlands and raised in New Jersey.
