About the Author

Theresa Payton was White House Chief Information Officer from 2006 to 2008. Prior to working in federal government, Payton held executive roles in banking technology at Bank of America and Wells Fargo. She lives in Charlotte, NC. Ted Claypoole is a technology attorney and is currently chair of the Cyberspace Law Committee for the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section.  He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
