Synopsis
The book is a compilation of a number of facts and ideas relevant to seniors who wish to enjoy and improve their lives in the field of recreational sex activity. It tries to dispel myths and misconceptions about sex as a recreation and help seniors appreciate the differences in sexual experiences due to their age and so improve their lives in general and sex experiences specifically. Hopefully then they will be able to have a much fuller life and enjoyment.

About the Author
I am a senior citizen, and have been for many years. I am also a doctor (medical) mainly family physician and general practitioner, and have been for over fifty years. I have always been interested in the problems presented by sex and sexual activity, obstetrics, birth control, STDs and psychological medicine. I am now semi retired, doing only two or three clinics per week, and having frequent holidays, mainly cruises.
