Former Position: Head of the Research Department at Paramann Programme Laboratories (PPL). Current Position: Director of PPL. Paramann Programme Laboratories (PPL) is a private institute that was established in 1978 and is dedicated to the scientific investigation of paranormal phenomena in general and those unusual phenomena associated with religious experiences & practices in particular.
